  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. coconut flakes
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  2. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until the filling is set and browned.
