Ingredients

  • 1 cup converted rice
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • Water to make 2 cups liquid

Instructions

  1. Brown the converted rice in oleo.
  2. Add hot chicken broth and water to make 2 cups of liquid, then pour into the rice.
  3. Combine well and place in a covered casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
  5. Add chopped onion, mix together.
  6. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
