Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Put in cranberries.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over cranberries and add chopped nuts.
  4. In a bowl, beat eggs; add 1 cup sugar, flour, and melted shortening.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cranberry layer.
  6. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.
