Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup chopped honey roasted nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs to the creamed mixture and beat well.
  4. Stir in mashed bananas, flour, and baking soda until just combined.
  5. Fold in chopped honey roasted nuts and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a 5 x 9-inch greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
