Ingredients

  • 1 c quick oats
  • 1 c shredded wheat cereal
  • 1 c walnuts
  • 1 1/2 c dried fruits
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 c honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. 1. Oven to 350 oF; coat 8x8 pan
  2. 2. Oats, wheat, nuts, fruits, cinnamon --> food processor
  3. 3. In a large bowl: eggs, vanilla, honey. Add the dry from 2. and choco chips
  4. 4. Transfer to pan, flatten
  5. 5. Bake 18 min
  6. Let bars cool in pan before taking out and slicing
