Graham Cracker Cheesecake

- In a shallow pan, put the can of milk and freeze until edges begin to crystallize.
- While milk is freezing, crush the package of graham crackers, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of butter and mix.
- Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Save some of the graham cracker mixture to sprinkle on top later.
- Mix lemon Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water and let stand to cool at room temperature.
- Beat the frozen milk until whipped, then beat in the cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
- Slowly add the cooled Jell-O mixture into the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
- Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate until the cheesecake is firm, then sprinkle the reserved graham cracker mixture on top before serving.
