Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 3/4 cups graham flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cream butter, brown sugar, and honey together.
  2. Mix graham flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the dry mixture to the creamed mixture and combine.
  4. Alternate adding water and mixing until dough forms.
  5. Let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
  6. Flour the tabletop and roll out the dough to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thickness.
  7. Cut into 2-inch squares or fun shapes using a cookie cutter.
  8. Place the crackers on oiled cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 20 minutes until golden.
