Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan. When well mixed, make 3 holes in the mix and add one of the liquid ingredients to each hole.
  2. Pour 1 cup water over all and mix with a fork until smooth.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
