Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, sugar, cornmeal, baking soda, eggs, and milk. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the melted butter in the baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
