Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can regular tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 3/4 cup noodles
  • 1/2 can celery soup
  • 1/2 can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground round meat in a pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, brown chopped onions.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and mash before adding.
  4. Pour in kidney beans, noodles, tomatoes and green chilies, and celery soup.
  5. Simmer the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce and grated cheese last.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove from heat and cover until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
