- Brown the ground round meat in a pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, brown chopped onions.
- Add canned tomatoes and mash before adding.
- Pour in kidney beans, noodles, tomatoes and green chilies, and celery soup.
- Simmer the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and grated cheese last.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and cover until the cheese melts.
- Serve with garlic bread and tossed salad.
