Grandma'S Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. jar Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 12 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 lb. box Creamettes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, empty the salad dressing and gradually pour in the evaporated milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Finely chop the onion and green pepper, and grate the carrot; stir these vegetables into the mixture.
  3. Cook the Creamettes according to the package directions; then cool by running under cold water in a colander.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni to the mixture and mix well. Season to taste and serve.
