Instructions
- Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and jam.
- Beat thoroughly. Sift flour; measure and resift with soda, salt and spices.
- Add alternately with milk to first mixture.
- Beat well.
- Pour into well-greased tube pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 5 minutes.
- Ice with Caramel Frosting.
