  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  2. Mix flour, cornmeal, milk, egg, salt, and baking powder thoroughly in a bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased pan.
