Ingredients

  • 4 cups thin sliced potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup onion

Instructions

  1. Arrange evenly in a greased 2-quart baking dish the sliced potatoes and 1 tablespoon of onion.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix ground beef with evaporated milk, cracker crumbs, catsup, onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the ground beef mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
