Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. strained grapefruit juice
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Beat egg yolks until light; add sugar and continue beating until smooth.
  2. Stir in grapefruit juice and baking soda.
  3. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add to egg yolk mixture.
