"Great" Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli about 3 to 5 minutes in boiling water until defrosted.
  2. Drain well!
  3. Mix remaining ingredients above with drained broccoli in greased baking dish.
  4. Bake about 30 minutes in 300° to 350° oven (depending on your oven and type of dish), until golden brown on top.
  5. Great warmed over!
