Ingredients

  • 1 lb. backfin crab meat
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon (juice only)
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in the order given, adding 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese to the mixture.
  2. Place the remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on top of the mixture.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, uncovered, until golden and bubbly.
  4. Serve warm with crackers.
