Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 1/16 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Roll fillets and arrange in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Combine melted margarine, lemon juice, lemon peel, and black pepper.
  3. Spoon the lemon mixture over the fish rolls and sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Cover loosely with wax paper.
  5. Cook on High for 3 minutes in the microwave.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes if necessary.
