Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange cooked vegetables on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Layer shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the vegetables.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Romano cheese.
- Layer the boiled shrimp over the cheese layer.
- Sprinkle with the remaining Romano cheese.
- Beat the eggs with white wine, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the casserole.
- Spread the undiluted mushroom or cream of chicken soup over the top.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 1 hour.
