Greek Soup

- In a Dutch oven, cook the ground beef; drain off fat and remove.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until translucent, then remove.
- Add chopped green pepper and cook until tender.
- Return the cooked onions and ground beef to the pot.
- Add water, tomato sauce, peeled and cubed potatoes, minced garlic, cinnamon, salt, parsley flakes, and beef broth or bouillon cubes.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer.
- Simmer for 20 minutes to cook the potatoes.
- Serve hot.
