Ingredients

  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
  • 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes

  • 1 to 2 green peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 ham steak
  • 3 chorizos
  • olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, finely chop the onion, green peppers, garlic, ham steak, and chorizos.
  2. Mix the chopped ingredients with tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and a small amount of olive oil.
  3. Heat the mixture in a skillet.
