Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup minced cooked ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • minced chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix together the Swiss cheese, cooked ham, mustard, egg yolk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into balls.
  3. Roll each ball in minced chives or parsley.
