- Drain the can of whole kernel corn and the can of French-style green beans.
- Mix the drained vegetables together and place in the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, cream of celery soup, and finely chopped onion.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the vegetables in the baking dish.
- Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and mix with one stick of melted oleo (butter).
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
