Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 4 oz grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 medium onion

Instructions

  1. Grease a large baking dish.
  2. Drain the can of whole kernel corn and the can of French-style green beans.
  3. Mix the drained vegetables together and place in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, cream of celery soup, and finely chopped onion.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the vegetables in the baking dish.
  6. Crush one sleeve of Ritz crackers and mix with one stick of melted oleo (butter).
  7. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
