Ingredients

  • 2 celery stalks, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces

  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup chicken stock or bouillon
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 2 cups Blue Lake green beans
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook celery in butter until tender-crisp.
  2. Blend cornstarch with chicken stock, soy sauce, toasted sesame seed, and garlic salt.
  3. Add the mixture to the celery and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
