Ingredients

  • 2 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 cup sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheese crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix the green beans, sour cream, mushroom soup, beaten eggs, salt, minced onion, and grated cheese until well combined.
  2. Reserve 2 tablespoons of crushed cheese crackers for the topping.
  3. Cover the casserole and refrigerate overnight if desired.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Sprinkle the reserved cracker crumbs on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until hot and bubbly.
