Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can cut green beans
  • 1 small onion
  • 14 oz. can Italian style stewed tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Place green beans in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and sprinkle chopped onion over the beans.
  2. Arrange the undrained Italian stewed tomatoes evenly over the onion and beans.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  4. Add shredded mozzarella cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  5. Serve immediately.
