Ingredients

  • 1 large can green beans
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 pieces bacon
  • 1 hard-cooked egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon until crisp, crumble into green beans, and simmer for approximately 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the cooked beans and set aside.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, chopped hard-cooked egg, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
  4. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture over the drained green beans and serve.
