Ingredients

  • 6 cubed steaks
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. milk
  • 6 green chiles, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Brown the cubed steaks on both sides and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, combine oil and flour; brown well.
  3. Add milk and chopped green chilies, stirring constantly until thickened.
  4. Add garlic powder and salt to taste; stir.
  5. Place cubed steaks in a casserole dish and pour gravy over.
  6. Warm in oven until heated through.
