Ingredients

  • 6 medium baking potatoes
  • 3 stalks broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Butter the skins and make shallow slits around the middle of each potato.
  3. Bake the potatoes at 400°F until they are tender, about 45 minutes.
