Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lime jello
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups pear juice
  • 1 large can pears, diced
  • 1 cup cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Heat pear juice to boiling.
  2. Pour the hot pear juice over the lime jello and stir until dissolved.
  3. While hot, pour the jello mixture over the softened cream cheese and mix well with a mixer until blended.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator or freezer until it starts to set.
  5. Add whipped cream to the mixture and beat with a mixer until well blended.
  6. Add nuts and diced pears, then pour into a serving bowl.
  7. Chill until the mixture is firm before serving.
