Ingredients

  • 1 small package lime jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
  2. Add the miniature marshmallows to the hot jello and stir until melted and combined.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Add the crushed pineapple and cottage cheese to the cooled jello mixture.
  5. Mix well and pour into a bowl.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator overnight until set.
