- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
- Add chopped vegetables with the seasoning packet to the stuffing.
- Combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, and chopped parsley and set aside.
- Place the prepared stuffing in the center of a 2 to 3-quart baking dish.
- Spoon a thin layer of the soup mixture on each side of the stuffing in the dish.
- Arrange chicken breasts over the soup mixture and overlap as needed.
- Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
- Pour the remaining soup mixture over the chicken.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Stir the sauce and serve.
