Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pkg. instant chicken flavor stuffing
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
  3. Add chopped vegetables with the seasoning packet to the stuffing.
  4. Combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, and chopped parsley and set aside.
  5. Place the prepared stuffing in the center of a 2 to 3-quart baking dish.
  6. Spoon a thin layer of the soup mixture on each side of the stuffing in the dish.
  7. Arrange chicken breasts over the soup mixture and overlap as needed.
  8. Sprinkle chicken with paprika.
  9. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the chicken.
  10. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  12. Stir the sauce and serve.
