Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Juicy grilled chicken kabobs feature tender marinated chicken, colorful peppers, and sweet pineapple, perfect for summer cookouts or flavorful family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks
  • marinade sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large plastic zipper seal bag, place chicken pieces and pour marinade over top.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Chop green, red, and yellow bell peppers into 1-inch chunks.
  4. On bamboo sticks or skewers, alternate chicken, peppers, and pineapple chunks.
  5. Grill over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes or until done.
