Ingredients

  • boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 2 large cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp. basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat margarine and olive oil in a rectangular pan in a 375° F oven until margarine is melted.
  2. Stir in chopped onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, chopped garlic, marjoram, and basil leaves.
  3. Place chicken breasts, skin side up, in the pan.
  4. Coat the chicken with the herb mixture.
  5. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
