Ingredients

  • 2 to 4 lb. halibut steaks
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. minced dill weed
  • 1 Tbsp. chives
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the halibut, to make a marinade.
  2. Marinate the halibut in the refrigerator at least 1 hour, turning at least once.
