Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 ears sweet corn, husked

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, chives, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of the herb butter mixture over each ear of corn.
  3. Wrap each corn ear individually in heavy-duty foil.
  4. Grill, covered, over medium coals for 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.
