Ingredients

  • 5 lb. leg of lamb, boneless, butterflied
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1 tsp. imported mustard
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients but salt, pepper and olive oil together. Marinate meat for several hours or overnight in marinade.
