Grilled Lamb
Ingredients
- 5 lb. leg of lamb, boneless, butterflied ⓘ
- salt and pepper to taste ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil ⓘ
- 1 c. soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1/2 c. honey ⓘ
- 2 tsp. brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp. ground ginger ⓘ
- 2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1 tsp. imported mustard ⓘ
- 1/4 c. dry white wine ⓘ
- 2 tsp. minced garlic ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients but salt, pepper and olive oil together. Marinate meat for several hours or overnight in marinade.
