- 6 large potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick ⓘ

- 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled ⓘ
- 1/4 cup margarine, cubed ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh or dried chives ⓘ

- 1/2 teaspoon pepper ⓘ
Instructions
- Divide the sliced potatoes and chopped onions equally between two pieces of heavy-duty foil coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer the potatoes and onions with grated Parmesan, shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses, cooked bacon, and cubed margarine.
- Sprinkle minced chives, seasoned salt, and pepper over the layered ingredients.
- Fold the foil to seal the packets securely.
- Grill over medium heat for approximately 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
