- Use skillet and medium heat.
- Put grnd beef, onion, garlic and tomato into skillet.
- Stir often for 10 min.
- Slowly add in green pepper, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar and steak sauce.
- Continue to cook for another 45 min.
- Prepare rice separately to taste.
- Serve beef dinner over dry cooked rice.
