Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 qt. green beans
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 c. diced onions

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef and diced onions until browned.
  2. In a large casserole dish, mix the green beans, tomato soup, and cooked ground beef with onions.
  3. Spread the mashed potatoes on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-30 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
