Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 10 oz. can turkey gravy
  • 10 oz. can beef gravy
  • small can mushroom pieces
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small onion
  • 9 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
  • 1 lb. extra wide egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown ground turkey in 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian dressing, crushing it to keep pieces small.
  2. Drain the cooked turkey and stir in A.1. sauce.
  3. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain without rinsing.
  4. Prepare the frozen broccoli according to package directions, adding the quartered onions and thin carrot strips to cook simultaneously.
  5. Drain the cooked vegetables and set aside.
  6. Heat both cans of gravy in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  7. Add onion salt, garlic salt, mushrooms, and Worcestershire sauce to the gravy and simmer for one minute.
  8. Add the browned turkey meat to the gravy mixture and stir to combine.
  9. Place the cooked noodles on plates.
  10. Spoon the gravy and meat mixture over the noodles and mix gently.
  11. Sprinkle the drained vegetable mixture over the top or arrange around the sides of the plate to complete the presentation.
  12. Serve hot.
