Ingredients

  • 4 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 c. chili sauce
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat
  • fresh parsley sprigs

Instructions

  1. Process cream cheese, chopped onion, butter, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Shape the cheese mixture into a 1-inch thick circle on a platter.
  3. Combine chili sauce and prepared horseradish; pour over the cheese round.
  4. Top with crabmeat and garnish with parsley sprigs.
  5. Serve with crackers.
