Gussie'S Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cans Pet milk
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 loaf French bread
  • 1 block oleo (butter)

Instructions

  1. Break eggs into a pan; beat them well.
  2. Add sugar to the eggs and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour in the Pet milk and water.
  4. Add vanilla extract and crushed pineapple with juice.
  5. Break the French bread into pieces and add to the mixture, soaking the bread well.
  6. Cut oleo (butter) into small pieces on top of the mixture.
  7. When the butter melts, stir it into the mixture.
  8. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until done.
