Ham And Cheese Cornbread Rolls

Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Fold in egg whites, applesauce and cheese.
- Bake in greased jelly roll pan at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes. Carefully turn out onto clean towel.
- Start at wide end and roll up with towel.
- Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.
- Unroll and top with ham slices.
- Mix mayo and mustard.
- Spread over ham.
- Sprinkle on cheese.
- Re-roll.
- Place seam side down in jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 400° for 5 minutes.
- Cut in 10 slices.
