Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen cut green beans
  • 1 cup chopped cooked smoked ham
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Rinse green beans under cold water, drain, and spread them in an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Layer the green beans with the chopped ham and shredded Cheddar cheese.
