Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. hot roll mix (Pillsbury)
  • 1 small can deviled ham
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 2 tsp. dill seed
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 pkg. yeast (inside hot roll mix)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Add well-beaten egg, corn oil, dill seed, minced onion, and deviled ham to the yeast mixture.
  3. Add the hot roll mix and mix well.
  4. Knead the dough thoroughly.
  5. Let the dough rise for 45 minutes.
  6. Form into 2 regular loaves or 4 small loaves.
  7. Let the shaped loaves rise for another 45 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
