Ingredients

  • 12 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 to 2 boxes cooked and drained broccoli
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Lay 8 slices of bread on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Layer shredded Cheddar cheese, cooked broccoli, and diced ham over the bread.
  3. Cut 4 slices of bread in half to make triangles and arrange on top of the layers.
  4. Combine eggs, milk, instant onion, salt, and dry mustard; pour over the layered ingredients.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Bake uncovered for 55 minutes.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
