Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3/4 lb. cooked ham strips
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup
  • water to make 2 cups liquid
  • 1 1/3 cup Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the ham strips until lightly browned.
  2. Gradually stir in the onion soup and water to make 2 cups of liquid.
  3. Add the Minute rice to the skillet and stir well.
  4. Cover the skillet and simmer until the rice is cooked and the flavors meld, about 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley and olives before serving.
