Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 2 cans chunk ham
  • 2/3 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 2/3 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onion
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
  • 1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
  • lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, drained chunk ham, cubed Cheddar cheese, sliced celery, and sliced green onion.
  3. Pour Italian salad dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaves.
