Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups ham, cut into strips
  • 10 prunes, cut into pieces
  • 1 apple, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Arrange lettuce leaves in a large salad bowl.
  2. Mix ham, sliced celery, sliced mushrooms, prunes, and cubed apple together.
  3. Pile the mixture on top of the lettuce leaves.
  4. Mix yogurt and mustard until well combined.
  5. Spoon the yogurt-mustard dressing over the vegetables and ham mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
